The classic case size (41 mm) of this Navitimer Breitling Chronograph produced from 1993-2002 contains a crisp and timeless appeal enjoyed since the 1950s. It shows incredibly fine markings on the slide rule held by Breitling's signature ridged bezel. The sloped bezel gives way to bold vintage lettering and sharp hands which include a delicate logo B counterweight and red arrow tip on the timer hand. Enjoy the chronograph complication with this stopping timer hand to measure seconds and two sub dials which display the elapsed minutes and hours respectively. The black dial is complemented by a textured leather strap of the same color which reflects light in a checkered pattern.

This watch has light scratches from careful wear visible only on close inspection and at angles in bright light. There is a fine engraving which reads ACS JR 6 28 95 and is not visible when worn. This watch is fully tested and operational. The self winding mechanism is audible when the case is flipped quickly. The previous owner did not save the original box and papers. It was purchased from a jeweler in Pittsburgh in 1995 and worn with care. It has been tested and verified for authenticity by Stoll & Co in Ohio.

Breitling is the original chronograph and a true professional's watch favored by aviation as well as a functional precursor to the Rolex Daytona used by racing professionals to time events. This late 90's rendition of the original 1952 Navitimer Chronograph model is a class in refinement and old school clarity with reimagined vintage finishes that froze in time the turn of a century.
